Muhammad, follower of Abraham

He (Muhammad) followed the way Abraham did things, his laws and his way of life. There is no way to deny it. As a matter of fact, Muhammad put this all throughout the Koran, a scripture that Sunni Muslims acknowledge.

In the Koran 5:47, Muhammad tells you that Eli (God) says to read the Old Testament (the Hebrew scripture):

Surely we Elohim sent down the law “Torah” in it is guidance and light . . .

What does this quote mean to you Muslims? Are you saying that Eli made a mistake, that he really didn’t mean to say Torah, he meant to say the Hadiyth of Bukari or Muslim.

In the Koran, quotes 2:136, 80:15 and 87:19, Muhammad was told to read what was given to Abraham the father of many nations, the first to be called Hebrew.

Koran 2:136
Say: We have faith by way of El Eloh and what was sent down to us and what was sent down to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the Tribes and what was given Moses and Jesus and what was given the Newsbearers from their Sustainer we don’t make any distinction between any one of them and we are his peaceful ones.

. . . It tells you right here what Muhammad was told to do, but people would rather discuss what they think is right by their opinions as opposed to what they can see in the Koran with their own eyes. This is how traditions and practices came about. Although these practices have nothing to do with what was sent down, people practice them as though they are “heaven sent.”
